Viewing Bulgarian Property
Please select your desired Bulgarian property, contact us and request a quote for your viewing trip.We provide tailor made service or could organize your entire viewing trip. One of our agents would be delighted to meet you at the airport and transport you to your hotel. Then we would take you to view the properties you selected, and would source additional properties if you choose to see more. We do not charge a viewing trip fee and all our cars are air-conditioned. If you decide to use our car as a long distance transport, we would charge a 0.20 EUR per kilometre fee to cover the petrol charges.

Buying Property with land in Bulgaria
New European-style laws have made buying a Bulgarian property fairly simple and straightforward in the past few years. Foreigners can buy apartments and would automatically receive right of passage and other land related rights, but they cannot own land in Bulgaria directly.
