The three storey hotel building features: four hotel rooms on the first floor en- suite bathroom/ WC, one spacious 120 sq. m. apartment on the second floor and the same size apartment on the third floor. Each of the apartments on the second and on the third floor has two bedrooms, a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette and fitted bathroom/WC. The two storey building comprises: a restaurant on the first floor, the second floor is also used as a hotel apartment. This apartment consists of a bedroom, open- plan living room with a fireplace, a kitchen box, bathroom, toilet and a balcony. The apartment is accessed from the restaurant through indoor stairs.
· Restaurant – The restaurant has 25 seats and is situated in the 2 storey building next to the hotel building and boasts exposed fireplace. It is fully equipped with tables, chairs, tiled flooring and decorative lights. The restaurant comprises of fully fitted kitchen, bar- plot, WC and a garden with a barbeque.
· Garage – There are two garages and a parking place available for the guests of the hotel
