· Organization and management of any payments related to common parts and the common use parts in the complex;

· Maintaining cleanness of the common parts of the building, the yard /without garbage collection, which appears to be obligation of the municipal companies/;

· Maintaining the green areas of the building and the trees;

· Carrying out the necessary repairs of the common parts of the building;

· Organizing, accounting and paying the consumables related to the common parts of the building, as well as of the site itself – if the appointee has provided the necessary funds thereof.
