The residential part of Trinity has recently obtained Act 16. The hotel part of Trinity Residence & Spa is considered to be finished for the winter season 2008- 2009.
Payment plan:
Payment plan 1- Discount 4%:
· 2000 EUR reservation fee, deductable from the price
· 50% payment at signing the preliminary contract (within 2 weeks from the reservation)
· 30% payment within 2 months from the first instalment
· 20% payment within 2 months from the second instalment
Payment plan 2- Discount 5%:
