· 60% from the price - at signing the preliminary contract

· 30% from the price - upon full completion of the building and sign Act 15

· 10% from the price - at the signing of the notary deed

Note: Act 15 means that all shared parts of a real estate are fully finished, including entrances, staircases, passages, underground parking, lifts, etc.

Property Maintenance:

The owners of the chalets should pay an annual maintenance fee of 800 EUR that would cover the costs for:
