This attractive rural house is situated at the end of a small but well-developed village in North-Central Bulgaria. The village is also 5km away from Kilifarevo, and it has its own town square and local shop, post office and a doctor’s surgery. The property is disposed on the main road through the village which takes you to Elena, a very popular historical town in Bulgaria with traditional architecture and atmosphere. The property includes an old but very stable building which accommodates the living area, a barn that has been incorporated into the living area and a spacious garden attached to the house. It sits on a plot of land measuring 920 sq m. The garden has access to a service road, so there is a possibility of dividing the land for another house to be built.

The house is in a 'L' shape with the front onto the road having the bedrooms upstairs and kitchen and entrance downstairs. The barn area which is open planned with views up to the exposed beams extends into the garden area. A completely new roof has been added last year as well as wooden cladding to the outside. Internally there has been structure built for the walls and floors but have not been completed except for where the original stone walls have been kept. The wall frames have been constructed to give 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 study on the upper floor with a gallery landing. Downstairs there is a large entrance hall with space being left for French doors to the garden, kitchen/diner, 1 double bedroom and toilet that could possible also be a wet room. The exterior has mainly been completed with the lower floor walls in stone and the upper level wood boarded, with spaces for doors and windows. The wooden boarding has been completed all around the house.
