The main building features two hotel- suites with two beds and a large apartment on the second floor; four hotel suites with two beds on the third floor and one large and one small apartment on the fourth floor. The two storey building features 3 hotel suites with two beds on the first floor and four hotel suites with two beds on the second floor. The large apartment comprises of two rooms, hallway and a bathroom/ WC. The small apartment comprises of one bedroom and a bathroom/ WC. The hotel suites comprise of a bedroom with two beds, bathroom/ WC, terrace and a TV.

· Restaurant – the 50 seats fully furnished restaurant is located on the first floor of the main building and features also a garden with BBQ area and a fully furnished kitchen on the basement level of the building and a toilet.
