Balkan Dream Properties is actively promoting rental advertising. We offer effective holiday home advertising to all villa and apartment owners in the areas where our representative offices are located.
RENTAL PRICE TO BE NEGOTIATED DIRECTLY WITH THE OWNER
Rental package of services is available for a yearly charge of 50 EUR, incl. VAT in case you would like to have the rental package only to be provided.
In that particular case our company will not be responsible for the actual maintenance and upkeep of your property. Also, cleaning, laundry, payment of bills, etc will not be a part of our duties, so you should have organized these in advance with a different service provider. Accommodating our customers in your property we will expect that you or an authorized person will be available 24 hours a day to assist clients who have rented your property and help them with everything needed (including registration of clients in the local Police office).
The following services are included in our Rental Package:
- Evaluating market conditions in relation to your property's rental value;
- Showing your property to prospective tenants;
- Marketing and advertising of your property – listing it on BDP website and within BDP local offices;
- Communication with tour operators / travel agents;
- Regular communications with owners and monthly income/outgoings reports;
- Linking prospective tenants with the property owners;
- Meet & Greet Services available upon request;
We do not charge any rental commission unless you wish us to administer these for you.
You will not be tied in to any agreements for set periods of the year. You are free to have full use of your apartment at any time and take bookings yourself and to advertise with other agents.
