(Rental, Maintenance & Resale Combined Package or Resale Only)
According to the progress of the real estate market in Bulgaria during the last two years and constantly growing supply of properties for reselling, Balkan Dream Properties developed the Resale Only Package as follows:
- Professional inspection of the property;
- Professional consultation about the evaluation of the realty and the optimal price it could be sold at;
- Professional photographing of the realty;
- Publishing the offer of the property in Balkan Dream Properties website;
- Listing the property within all BDP local offices;
- Spreading the information about the property at Balkan Dream Properties’ counters during presentations;
- Regular updating of the information about the property (due to the information given by the owner);
- Organizing and carrying out free viewings with prospective buyers;
- Forming the documentation for the preliminary contract;
- Booking of appointment with Solicitor, Notary and Translator at point of sale;
- All buyers / sellers accompanied to the Notary Office for signing of transfer;
- Linking Buyers with Owners;
We offer you two options to take advantage of the Resale Package as follows:
- Option 1: The resale package is available at the fee of 175 EUR for your property to be listed on our website until sold. The fee is refundable upon sale.
- Option 2: The resale package is available at the fee of 100 EUR for your property to be listed on our website for one year. The fee is refundable upon sale.
Our sales commission is 3% and our minimum is only 1300 EUR.
For properties up to 15000 EUR there is a fixed sales commission amounting to 500 EUR.
