We have just returned from Ivaylovgrad in Bulgaria to view our land that we purchased through Balkan Dreams,We contacted Rose at the London office and found her very helpful in arranging the car and driver to transport us 200 miles at their expense,Marian our driver was extremely helpful and nothing was to much trouble,also Chris who showed us our plot was also very professional and helpful.When you purchase property or Land in Bulgaria its well worth getting a reliable and professional Company like Balkan Dreams, its saves a lot of headaches.

I decided to purchase property in Bulgaria with no experience at all of buying overseas and very little knowledge of the country; not surprisingly I was quite nervous. From the initial contact with Rose in the London office of Balkan Dream Properties - who I must say has been so helpful with all of our enquiries making the purchase of our apartment in St Vlas go so smoothly, from organising the purchase, the local Bulgarian English speaking solicitor, the site visit and also recently money transfers. Then to the site visit and Dan from the Sunny Beach office who was again was very helpful and efficient making the travel arrangements in Bulgaria for the visit go so smoothly to helping out with interpreting with the developer on site to helping with the legal problems. All in all the whole buying experience in Bulgaria has been made so much easier using the Balkan Dream Properties "machine".
